Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Payment Terms: Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upfront to secure the booking. Milestone Payments: An additional 25% of the project cost is due upon completion of the production phase. Final Payment: The remaining 25% of the project cost is due upon delivery of the final video. 2. Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards Digital Payment Platforms (e.g., Zelle, PayPal, etc) 3. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will work with you to accommodate changes to the schedule as best as we can. However, the following conditions apply to rescheduling: 7 Days Prior to the Event: If you reschedule at least 7 days before the event, your security deposit will fully roll over to the new date. 4-6 Days Prior to the Event: If you reschedule 4-6 days before the event, 50% of your security deposit will roll over to the new date. An additional security deposit will be required to secure the new booking. 3 Days or Less Prior to the Event: If you reschedule 3 days or less before the event, 25% of your security deposit will roll over to the new date. An additional security deposit will be required to secure the new booking. 4. Cancellation Policy: Initial Deposit: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Milestone Payments: Payments made at the milestone stage are non-refundable. Final Payment: Payments made upon delivery of the final video are non-refundable. 5. Project Scope and Changes: Any changes to the project scope after the initial agreement may incur additional costs and require a revised timeline. All changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. 6. Intellectual Property: All materials created by CR38TE MEDIA, LLC during the production process remain the property of CR38TE MEDIA, LLC until final payment is received. Upon final payment, the client will receive full rights to the final video for use as specified in the project agreement. 7. Liability: CR38TE MEDIA, LLC is not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, and equipment failure. 8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information regarding the project and the business practices of the other party confidential. 10. Agreement: By making a deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
